          Rental Process
New Covid-19 protocol 
All products are thoroughly inspected and cleaned prior to delivery. We have a simple 3-step process that assures every parent that we do our very best to make sure your child is safe. 
1. cleaning and sanitizing with mild detergents and disinfectant products.
2. making sure all products are free from food or residue.
3. drying and double-checking all parts and pieces while making sure everything functions properly.
1.       From the home page select the "Products" tab from the top menu
2.       Fill in the reservation form that follows (be sure to have your delivery
          address available). You will be required to set up an account to order, 
          with a login and password.
3.       You will receive an email confirmation within 24 hours (Please be sure to 
          check your junk mail/spam if you haven’t received an email within 24     
4.       It’s really that simple!

            Private residence - We will deliver, assemble and pick up the baby equipment to 
a residence. Select the “Private home/family friends” option on your reservation form and 
fill in the address. Once you see the time options simply ask the person you are staying 
with what would be most convenient for them. We can also arrange the delivery and pick 
up times directly with your host and in many cases leave equipment on a secluded porch 
or side gate. If you are staying in a gated community please don’t forget to leave us the 
gate code in the appropriate section of the order form.
Rental Properties
1.       You or someone in your party will need to be at the destination during one of the 
available time windows offered for that location on both your delivery and pick up days. 
Select the appropriate times on your reservation form and we will be there. If you are 
staying in a gated community don’t forget to leave us the gate code in the appropriate 
section of your order section of your order form or tell the security guard we are coming.
2.       If no one is able to there for the delivery we can work with the property 
management company or the rental home owners so if you are arriving or departing 
outside the available time windows for your location we can make the arrangements for 
delivery and pick up directly with them. In many cases we can also leave equipment on a 
secluded porch or side gate. Just select the “Renting a home” or “arrange with local 
contact” option on your reservation form and give us the property management 
information in the appropriate fields. Please be sure to let them know that your renting 
baby equipment and we will do the rest.
Be aware! If you ask a hotel if they have cribs and they say yes, Make absolutely sure 
that it is a full size crib. They are most likely talking about a pack n play or portable crib 
and NOT a full size crib. If you are renting a full size crib at a hotel in some cases it will 
be set up in your room prior to your arrival depending on the hotel. Please make sure to 
let the hotel know you have a delivery coming and we will arrange the details with them. 
Items can be dropped off and picked from the hotel front desk or concierge so you do 
not have to be there when we deliver or pickup. When you check out just return the 
items back to the front desk tagged with your name. Make sure that the items are 
returned back to the front desk closer to the beginning hour of the pickup time window 
you select on your reservation form. Please remember to have the items tagged with 
your name when leaving them.
All items, except for full size cribs can be delivered to you directly at the same time you 
are picking up a rental vehicle or exiting a baggage claim area. Just provide us with your 
flight and car rental information on your reservation form along with an estimated time of 
arrival and departure. If you are not renting a vehicle and need service to your baggage 
claim area please specify that in the “Special Instructions” section of your reservation 
form. Please have your cell phone at hand so we can reach you while you travel. Also, 
please inform us of any delays while traveling or time changes to your order.
Separate Delivery/Pickup Locations
We can pick up your rental equipment from a different location than the one it was 
dropped off at but it must be a location within the same city. Simply specify the pickup 
address in the “Special Instructions” section of your reservation form.  An extra fee may 
Order Changes
Making changes to an order can be done easily through our order editing system. All 
order changes are subject to availability and will be confirmed via email.
1. Login to your Baby Stay Rentals order account. 
2. From this page you can view and edit your order.
3. Once you have finished making your changes select the “Confirm Order 
    Updates” tab at the bottom of the page.       
4. You will get another confirmation email verifying your edits.
We can also edit your order or answer any questions you may have by using the 
“Message” button. Simply let us know what changes you would like to make and we will 
take it from there. You are always welcome to call 303-635-9885 with any questions or 
concerns you may have.
Billing Information
Once an order is placed your card will be verified and then charged. Any order 
cancellations or adjustments due to order changes will be applied to the credit card on 
file. We do not accept cash or checks.
